static FXuint FX::FXProcess::getMsCount (  )  [static] Returns a millisecond count. This number will wrap approximately every 50 days. Referenced by FX::FXRefingObjectImpl::lastUsedI< true, type >::accessData(), and FX::QShrdMemMutex::lock().
