static FXulong FX::FXProcess::getNsCount (  )  [static] Returns a nanosecond count. It is highly unlikely that this timer is actually nanosecond accurate, but you have a good chance it is at least microsecond accurate. On systems which do not support high resolution timers, this returns getMsCount() multiplied by one million. You should not rely on this counter having its full 64 bit range ie; it may wrap sooner on some systems
