Passing LAYOUT_SIDE_TOP or LAYOUT_SIDE_BOTTOM causes the toolbar dock to be oriented horizontally. Passing LAYOUT_SIDE_LEFT or LAYOUT_SIDE_RIGHT causes it to be oriented vertically.
