init	virtual void FX::FXApp::init ( int &  argc, char **  argv, bool  connect = true   ) [virtual] Initialize application. Parses and removes common command line arguments, reads the registry. Finally, if connect is TRUE, it opens the display. Reimplemented in FX::TnFXApp.
