Breaking changes between v1.4.x and v1.6.x based versions of TnFOX

v0.86 of TnFOX comes in two flavours - one based on v1.4.x of FOX and the other on v1.6.x of FOX. This is because unicode support is not complete in v1.6.x of FOX and if you support Latin1 character input, only v1.4.x will currently be of use.

TnFOX remains almost identical between the two builds. The most important difference in the v1.6.x version is that unicode support is enabled, whereas in the v1.4.x version that functionality is disabled. However, some API's have changed:

FX::FXFile is called FX::QFile in v1.6.x and later builds. FX::FXFile is a new FOX class in v1.6.x and later.
No UTF conversion is implemented. Setting to either FX::QIODevice::NoTranslation or FX::QIODevice::UTF8 are the only supported options (and neither do anything).
